PFLAG Long Island is a non profit organization, we who run it are all volunteers.
Donating
There are expenses associated with running a chapter such as space for holding the meetings, PFLAG booklets, copying costs, refreshments, speaker fees, etc, so we welcome your becoming a member or donating any amount you may like to contribute.
If you would like to make a donation you can do so at our meetings, we can e-mail you a membership application or you can simply mail a check to:

Please do understand that no one has to donate to PFLAG Long Island nor should feel any pressure to do so.
We are glad that you have found PFLAG. We are here to support you and never want to make money an issue for someone coming to our support meetings. We welcome everyone.
Volunteers and Interns
While PFLAG Long Island is always looking for volunteers, at this time we are not accepting interns. If this changes we will be sure to update here – thank you for understanding!
Although all types of volunteer are welcome, we are especially looking for volunteers that are experienced with website maintenance and using WordPress.
